I cannot say specifically about B.E for both the institutes. But if I compare the two, JMI has good exposure as compared to AMU because of being in the capital city. Due to which JMI holds better placement stats. On the other hand, AMU has good infrastructure and teaching staff in core branches. Education fees is cheap at both the places. Rest all depends on your potential.
    All the best!

B.E in electrical from JMI is better in terms of everything. So go for Jamia. Also it has a good infrastructure, faculty, placement records. Moreover many people from all over India wants to study there.
