Each and every updation and new application in present trends is linked with programing and software development skills. So in order to attach with new trending technologies B tech in CSE department from a good institute will be most preferable than a BCA degree, as B.Tech offers more possibilities to attend for conferences.

    Hello dear,
Both are good. But it depends upon your interest. Engineering in CS is tougher than BCA. In engineering, there are a lot of things to learn. If you want more, then go for engineering.

B.Tech (Bachelor in Technology) is a four year course where as BCA is a 3 years Bachelor degree in computer application. Syllabus of B.Tech is much more vast, then BCA. MCA is equivalent to B.Tech not BCA. In terms of career prospect both are good to get job in IT or other related field but the scope of B.Tech is higher than BCA. B.Tech means 4 years of study where as MCA graduation+3 years) required 3+3=6 long years of study.

Engineering is better compared to BCA. Because, it has many opportunities and there is a huge competition in this world. So, do well and be the best.
