Which is a better option for a career after B.Sc (Hons) nursing, MBA in hospital care administration or a govt job in nursing?

Yes, you can pursue MBA in hospital administration after B.Sc. Nursing. Eligibility Criteria
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST and Interview

You can apply both. Government jobs is not really easy to get. So, go for both.
