Luckily you easking for Lovely Professional University which is most searched Institution nowadays because of recent NIRF rankings released by MHRD. # You will be very fortunate to study in such Institute which has clinched the position among top 80 best Institutions of the country. Where placements are not a t all a problem. Be relaxed for the career ahead, because LPU provide ample of opportunities to get decent job during the final year of the degree by bringing more than 700 industry giants for recruitments. # Many LPU students are already working in Silicon valley. Now this something really big. Recently one of the computer Science engineering student got placed in Microsoft India at the package of 42 LPA. # LPU is not stopable here, they always strive make the best in students by providing them industrial exposure, by nurturing them through Personality enhancement programs from the very semester. Dear Naveen, Both are similar fields, however these days's many prefer CSE. But I suggest you to take your decision with careful deliberation on your interest and aptitude. More importantly, pursue the programme from a reputed university only. You must invest your money and precious 4 years of life on a college/university of high repute so that you earn the skills which are relevant in the market. I suggest you try LPU ! Large number of industry trainings like SAP, MOOCs and many more. Huge diversity of students and faculty. The sheer number of people from different states and countries with highly competitive environment helps the students in getting used to work in cross cultural environment and team work, which is desired skill set in many companies. Hi, Both are almost similar branches. You can pursue whichever branch you want to pursue. LPU is the best option to pursue B.Tech CSE and IT. Ranking: LPU has been ranked 78th amongst all government and private universities by NIRF ranking released by MHRD, Government of India. Placements: Thousands of LPU students have got placed in top MNCs and are working all over the Globe. The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA for batch 2020 by Microsoft. Students are placed in AMAZON at a package of 30.3 LPA. Rs. 24 LPA for B.Tech/M.Tech CSE by Optmyzr. Rs. 80,000 per month as the highest Internship Stipend Availed by LPU Student (Summer Internship with Microsoft). Almost every MNC visit LPU to recruit students with an average package of 6-12 LPA.
