Admission in CU is easy. You just have to come here with/without any reference and fill up the form of 1000/- (free if u have any friend here). Yes cu has its exam CUSAT, it is good for getting Scholarships, its easy you can do it. Chandigarh university is only good for Computer Science engineering.

I think Chandigarh university is best place for aerospace engineering (AE). With very good facilities well qualified staff and u can learn new things in the AE department. NAAC+ Chandigarh university gives you the better placement.
