Chandigarh University is better than Chitkara University every day of the year. Obviously, CU is the best place for CSE in Chandigarh University. -
Of course Chitkara, Chitkara CSE is very good in terms of faculty, curriculum and placements.

In Chandigarh university you have to maintain 75% attendance otherwise you will be detained and you are not supposed to sit on the exams. Faculty are highly experienced and devoted to their work.
