For B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, I would reommand Chandigarh University. CU's programme is accredited by ABET and NBA, giving the degree global recognition. It is industry-oriented and provide students access to labs like the Microsoft Innovation Center, Google Android Lab, and Cisco Networking Lab, where they gain eperience working on real projects. If you ask for honest opinion, I would say Chandigarh University is a really good option for B.Tech in CSE, especially if you are looking for mix of academics, exposure and opportunities. What impressed me the most is the way they have collaborated with big industry names like IBM, Microsoft and TCS to offer specialised programme in AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing and more.

If you are choosing B.Tech (CSE) among MIT Pune, LPU, and Chandigarh University, I would suggest LPU because it offers a great balance of modern infrastructure, good faculty, and strong industry connections. An Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. Students will develop competence in areas like programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing etc. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware. The Eligibility details are that the student must pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
(5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants).
