Chandigarh university is the better option than Kurukshetra University. Chandigarh University is in the list of top universities in terms of placements. The university is having tie ups with many reputed companies where students can do their internship and also get placement in these companies.

I don't have any idea about CU & KU but in the case of infrastructure, placement and facility LPU is better than any other University. As per my experience at LPU, LPU is the best engineering college in India.
