Chandigarh University (CU) is best for ECE. As you know, ECE combines electronics and computer so the curriculum should be well structured and designed. The curriculum of CU is extensive and focuses on building every aspect of student. I think CU is the better option.

ECE is best at Chandigarh University. The quality of its teachers are proof of how great the academics are. The majority of ECE faculty are doctorates and have many patents and research publications and projects to their credit. ECE department has 6-7 industry-collaborated labs as a part of its world-class infrastructure. The placements in core companies is a major USP of ECE at CU. LPU does not have core placements.

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can.
