Which is a better option for M.Tech between Sandip University and MIT, Pune? Both were established in 2015, so please help me out.

Hello Chinmay, Perhaps both these got deemed university status in same year but MIT has presence in engineering education for more than 25 years. I would therefore advise you to seek admission in MIT first.
