I am an alumnae of LPU and had witnessed the overall system of education in there. The reason I say LPU is the BEST because in the process of Engineering the university also worked on my overall development. Whatever I am today is because of the training and learning I had it from there. The complete system of the university is as per the corporate model. Starting right from the conduction of classes, time management and ums, deadlines and assignment submissions, club activities, student engagement programs, hackathons and competitions. It all boosted our overall development. I had many friends who were from MBA. During their course th...more

Hi, Selecting a university is a big decision and an arduous task, as our career depends upon that. I would highly recommend LPU because LPU provides quality education with significant scholarship programs plus holistic learning opportunities. Mittal School of Business is among the first ten institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. Ministry of Human Resource Government of India Ranked Lovely Professional University among the top 50 in India. The programme is designed with current market trends in mind. The placements are guaranteed, and students are given special placement-oriented classes that help them pass the exam and...more

If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into Iims or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). I did MBA from LPU and LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. I would say, The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Pr...more

5 years agoLPU is a better option than DBS. Although DBS is a renowned business school in Uttarakhand, can be ranked after IIM Kashipur. LPU would cost you little higher than DBS. But overall LPU is better comparatively. -

Hey, so for LPU's end-term exam in Physical Education, you need at least 30% marks in the end-term itself, plus an overall 40% combining continuous assessment and end-term. That's the standard across their PE programs, and they've got a cool holistic review if you hit the aggregate but miss the end-term bit—super fair way to keep things student-friendly. Attendance stays key at 75% min, which makes sense for staying active in sports stuff. LPU really nails this balance, helping folks like us push through without harsh cutoffs, way better for building real fitness skills. No wonder it's a top pick—keeps motivation high and stress lo
The Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET) of LPU for the 2025 admissions into PE/sports programs was conducted in several schedules, with the latest being on August 26, 2025 (Schedule VI). For the year 2026, tentative dates start on April 16, running until August, in 6 phases. Please check the website for updates.
Hey guys, so I checked the official LPU site for the BPEd course fee, and for the first year, it's around INR1 Lacs to INR1.09 lakhs, covering tuition at INR50,000 per semester plus exam fees of about INR4,500-INR5,000 each. That's super reasonable for a top-notch programme with awesome sports facilities and scholarships up to 60% if you score well in LPUNEST—like INR96,000 off per semester for high performers. LPU really makes it accessible without compromising quality, way better value than many places I've seen. Total for two years is INR2-2.18 lakhs, but first-year payment is straightforward via UPI or whatever. If you're into ph
Hey, so from what I've checked on LPU's official site, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for sports programs like B.P.Ed is totally offline. It's this practical fitness check with stuff like a 50m sprint, standing broad jump, medicine ball throw (3kg for guys, 2kg for girls), and a 1000m run/walk—all done on campus with invigilators watching to keep it fair.
No online version here since it's hands-on physical activities, and you gotta bring your own sports kit or they won't let you in. LPU runs it in multiple schedules based on registrations, super flexible for everyone. Honestly, it's cool how they make it real-world ready witho
Hey, so the LPU Physical Efficiency Test (PET) isn't some super long drag—it's more like a quick fitness check that usually wraps up in 20 to 45 minutes, depending on how fit you are. You've got to nail a 50m sprint, standing broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3kg for guys, 2kg for gals), and a 1000m run/walk, all in one go with up to two tries. No fixed "hours" timer since it's practical stuff, not a marathon sit-down exam. LPU keeps it real and fair, testing real stamina for sports courses like B.P.Ed—super helpful to see if you're ready without wasting your day. Bring your own kit or you're out, but slots are flexible
