Hi Udit, If you are interested in taxation, it is better that you opt for CA rather than CS or CMA. CMA has core subjects costing, CS deals with law and CA with accounts, taxation, and audit. Think wisely before you start. All the best! Feel free to revert.

CS has a better scope as compared to CMA. The companies act has opened many new job opportunities for company secretaries. CMA is good too but not as good as CS.
