Which is a better option for MS in mechanical engineering: USA or Canada?

I am a mechanical engineer with a CGPA of 7.93, had given IELTS and have an overall band of 7 and I am confused between the two countries.

No, an MS in Canada is definitely not better than that in US. Pay packages may be similar, but the job opportunities are limited in Canada.
