IEM department of R. V. College of Engineering: As per placement statistic of R. V College of Engineering, the department is having more than 70% of placements over the past 3 years with the maximum salary offered 8.7 Lacs. Some of the employers who offered jobs include companies like TCS, GE, L&T, Gujarat Gas, Infosys, CTS, Tech Mahindra, Volvo, Mind Tree, Cognizant, Accenture, Fidelity Investments, Intel, IBM, Kirloskar, Timken, Futures First, ICICI Bank, Wipro, Ingersoll. Internships opportunities were also provided for students during final year projects. In 2018, 16 companies visited and 20 students were placed successfully.

Hi Kundan, if you are asking for three colleges IEM Kolkata, RVC College Bangalore, MS Ramaiya Bangalore then your preference should be RV college of engineering as first choice, MS Ramaiya Bangalore as second and IEM Kolkata as third. Average package at RVC is 5-6 LPA. In MS Ramaiya, average package is 4-5 LPA. In IEM Kolkata, average package is 3.2 LPA. If you are getting a seat in RVC, then go for this college without hesitating. Best of luck.

Its totally upon your choice which stream you want to pursue, Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). You should research about both the streams well and then decide which stream to pursue. Now coming to the colleges, as per data available online, placement in the respective streams, both at RV College and Ramaiah are quite good.
