Which is a better option in terms of placements between MBA and PGDM course?

Both the courses are same. MBA or PGDM from a reputed college will fetch you the same package. You can check, if the course is affiliated to a major university while applying.

MBA is a UGC approved university program. Whereas PGDM is AICTE approved autonomous program. You should get a high score in CAT exam.
You should opt for Tier 1 colleges like:
1. PUMBA
2. SIMSREE.
3. BIMTECH – Noida.
4. Great Lakes – Chennai.
5. Christ – Bangalore.
