Which is a better option: PGDM from a top-level college or MMS from an average level college through MAH-CET?

I have scored 82%ile in MAH-CET.

Hello, A PGDM course from a top-level college is any day better since the placements, industry exposure, teaching, infrastructure, and the overall MBA experience would be much better there. After all, there is a reason why we consider a college to be top-ranked.
