Hello,
Welingkar is surely better than NL Dalmia. Since both the programs are very different from each other, choose the one which interests you more. Considering your academic background, Healthcare seems an ideal choice. Though opt for the one which is in sync with your career goals. Thank you.

PGDMHR from Dalmia is the better option and gives best experience in future.
