Which is a better option to study MBBS, is it in Russia or China in terms of education, staying and clearing the MCI tests later

I want to know which is better. I would also like to know if studying in these places would benefit me later like would I have better knowledge compared to the ones who studied MBBS in India or will studying there be a problem for me later when I practice here in India and are tests difficult ??
