Hi,
For Coaching, you should select your native place Varanasi. As the coaching centers provide almost same study materials / same kind of coaching everywhere.

No, if you have already taken admission in Delhi, then no need to withdraw. As you might not get full refund back. Also doing coaching from Delhi with give you more exposure to the industry that you may not get in Varanasi.
