Which is a better stream to choose- PCMB or PCM with computer science?

I hate CS as an optional subject in PCM. I think to take biology as option but all people tell that it will become very hard to handle both bio and maths. What should I take? I have an undecided mind about my career after 12th class.

If you are interested in medical then go towards MBBS or PCMB and if you have interest towards technical science, then choose PCM with computer science.
