Hi,
Both the countries you mentioned are among the finest study destination to pursue masters degree.
US is considered best for pursuing masters degree in computer science, embedded systems, VLSI etc, whereas Germany is the best study destination to pursue masters degree in mechanical engineering

Dear Gautham,
Thanks for posting your query.
Both are good but depends on the candidate. USA is very expensive. Germany is not much expensive and very difficult to get admitted.
With you profile of 8 cgpa you should try germany.
Best wishes,

See usa is costly and germany is very cheap but there is a language barrier and job crunch in both the coutries. so its for you to decide.
