B.Tech CSE is a highly in demand programme these days! Check that your shortlisted colleges have the following: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since it is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a programme which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy formal the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well rounded professional. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the tech programme must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel etc. Are must for any professional to succeed in career. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any tech programme. Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc. Are given high importance in the organisations. The programme must include the training or modules on all these. Diversity: As he world shrinks into a aligned economy, the professionals will be required to work in cross cultural teams having entirely different work culture and ethos, the national and international diversity of students in a college is helpful in enabling the students develop right sensibilities for such work atmosphere. Entrepreneurship : Even though most of the students go for jobs, the exposure to entrepreneurship is required. Community service: A bit of community projects in between the course are very important to develop the humane side of the person as well as learn the organizing skills. Placements : The programme is only means to the end ! And desired end of such course is a placement. You must check if the college/university has sold track record of placements or not. Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. Campus Infrastructure: LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hours free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and a huge collection of textbooks and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel and a mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available. Academics- LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. Rankings- The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements. The center for Professional enhancement of LPU aims at developing new skill Sets to its students besides improving their existing skills and competencies. Hello, Amity University has its own recognition and LPU has its own. But to say which one is better is a little bit difficult. I have done my graduation from LPU and I found plenty of opportunities and career counseling in LPU. LPU is giving its best to all the students in all ways. The studies in the LPU is different and very approaching. Faculty members are simply awesome and very qualified. They teach us through different methods PPTs, audio, video lectures to improve our skills. I found this technique is very effective to understand the topic very quickly and effectively. We have also career advice counseling every term. Lots of career organizations are promoted by the university and we are encouraged to sign up for these for extra advice and information. The best thing about the teaching of this course is that it is research-based. The lecturers have done and doing research, and this really improves their teaching. From time to time various events are organized in the university like workshops, Science quiz and many more events which explore the student's knowledge so that you can learn your subjects properly. There are various training programs organized by the college, which focuses on project development. One should do training or internship in vacations. The amount of exposure I have received, Im sure None of the engineering graduates anywhere else have received. I have participated in 3-4 international competitions. From academics to activity, LPU is best. LPU is not only famous for its education but also for its cultural activities. They know how to make a balance between the studies and events. The academic agendas of LPU are different from the other universities. LPU gives its major importance to the academic programs and they show special interest towards students in developing them in all the aspects in which the students are poor. University provides vocations guidance speeches in every term. Lots of career organizations are sponsored by the department and encouraged to sign up to these for extra advice and information. About the placements, the overall placements in LPU are superb. Every year students got placed in different companies on good profile and packages. Due to high placements, then it encourages the students to work hard to avail the good opportunity. As hard work speaks. Being a alumni of this Lovely Professional University, I would say that it is a great university which every students are looking for. Be it studies, hangout places, infrastructure or extracurricular activities, this university has it all. LPU makes leaders who are not only thorough professionals but also good human beings with values. This is just one of the many reasons why it is consistently ranked no.1. My experience at LPU has been phenomenal. They have good faculty and good infrastructure. They provide very good study ambiance and are very up to date with the latest developments. Overall culture in the university seems to be good. The diversity of students from different cultures and different countries offers a good learning B.Ed to learn and develop a more inclusive mindset. This mindset helps in being more accommodating and less judgmental in personal and professional life. Scholarship programs up to 100% for brilliant scholars-LPU provides scholarships to sports personnel, wards of Defence personnel like ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE etc. Apart from that LPU conducts LPU NEST where student can score good and can grab 50% scholarship.
