Hey, LPU is best option as university provides extensive learning programs and exposure to the students. It also provide worthy scholarships to its students depending upon the entrance test taken of the university or board result. Many companies visit LPU regarding placement.

DAV is much better option, it is one of the reputed university that focuses only on quality education to make sure that the future of student is secure they provide placements too.
