Which is a better university for Master of Engineering (Aerospace) from Canada - Ryerson University OR Carleton University ?

I am currently in my Final year of Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical). i scored 7.5 in IELTS and have a CGPA of 8.5 I have applied to Ryerson University and Carleton University but i am confused which one would be a better option to go into. please suggest me which is the better university.
