In my point of view apart from the above two universities, I would suggest Chandigarh University as the best option pursue BBA. CU has the best placement record, highly qualified faculty, compared to other universities fee structure is low.

As per my experience in LPU, LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU gives career pathways like whether a student is interested in placement, higher studies or government sectors or enternprunship. So as per the interest and decision of student lpu gives the inputs. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
