Which is a good option after BE in civil?

I've got 80% in 10th, 65% in HSC and 75% in BE in civil till 7th sem (appearing for final sem exams). Is MBA from Amity-Chennai a good option or are there any other better schools in Chennai (without CAT, MAT)? Also, other than MBA, can you suggest some good career options for me?
