Which is a good option for a career among VMware and AWS?

Well, I am more familiar with VMware and I know it has good opportunities now days since cloud based work started; Lots of students are getting good jobs in this sector. If you search on naukri or any other job portals you can see most of the jobs are in VMware sector. For AWS, I am not much aware,
