    PIBM is one of the best colleges for pursuing an MBA and PGDM programme in finance. PIBM students are trained by considering the requirement of the latest demand of the industry. The Finance students are trained on Data Analytics tools and languages like Financial Time Series Analysis, R, Python, etc. The use of case studies and simulations helps in achieving the process of experiential learning.     I am not aware of other colleges but I can definitely shed some light on your question by answering about PIBM. As an ex-student of PIBM, I can let you know about the Finance specialisation in PIBM. At PIBM, students are given extensive exposure to analyzing various Company's Financial, Perform Ratio Analysis, and Forecast the financial with an objective of making Buy/Sell Stock Investments using various tools like Bloomberg, Ace Analyzer, SAP - FICO, Advance Excel and many more.     PIBM Pune is a good option for finance. Students are getting training on analyzing various Company's Financial reports, Perform Ratio Analysis, and forecast financial performance. Some of the top companies of finance like Deloitte, eClerx, Cians, Wipro, and many more are coming for the placement drive with the highest package of 15 LPA.

    Both the colleges are good at their ends but PIBM is one the best management institute in India, that aims to provides a value business management education to its students.     Hi I am not sure about other colleges but I shall share with you what I have personally heard about PIBM. Many of my close friends have done their MBA or PGDM courses from PIBM, I must tell you all of these friends got placed in top MNCs with really heavy packages. They often tell me how PIBM has transformed them into skilled business professionals through :

    If I talk about PIBM Pune and Balaji, Both the colleges are extremely good. But as per experience at PIBM, I would suggest you go for PIBM Pune because of PIBMs unique training pedagogies. The students are trained on various top profiles from diverse sectors which are in high demand.
