I feel, Forensic is going to be better option as it has vast scope. You can get jobs in various governments & private sectors. After completing your degree, you can open your own forensic practice & forensic service offices. You also may employ in Forensic Laboratories, Detective Offices, Banks and other government. And, private agencies. The eligibility varies from university to university, so you check the websites of some good universities like LPU, Mody University, Manipal, etc. All these universities offer world class learning atmosphere to students along with good placements. Some even offer good scholarships.

M.Sc Forensic Science is a good course. If you have completed graduation in (Physics / bio / chemistry / Zoology / botany / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Applied Medical Sciences / Biotechnology) / engineering / pharmacy / medicine / BDS then you are eligible for admission. The percentage in last qualifying exam (graduation) required for admission in M.Sc may vary from university to university (50-60%).
