Which is better in terms of future scope and placements? and in which branch can i get a chance of going out of india?

Its apparently clear that IT has better package than EC, and also life is not easy in EC as most of the people are toppers and it is relative grading which adds more pain. Even though you work hard to maintain your CGPA ( Cumulative Grade Point Average) people with the same CGPA in IT make it to far
