Which is best among B.Tech with CSE and B.Tech with IT?

In terms of course concepts CSE is better than IT but I would suggest you to compare the course structure of both the universities, for which you plan to apply.

CSE has deeper concepts and is the core computer based. Moreover the scope and placement is better than it.

It totally depends on you but in today's scenario B.Tech CSE is better in term of scope and placement.
