Dear Rashmi, Both colleges are good for M.Sc, but I would recommend you to take admission in BFIT, Dehradun. It is because its campus is quite well. Moreover, it also provide good placement. -

Nope. Bsc biotechnology is also a nice course to study but I guess both the subjects are practical based and you must try to the attempt the courses offline for better outcome of the course
