Both Indian Navy and Indian Air Force have similar opportunities. Indian Defense forces have a pyramidal organisation structure. Promotion up to the rank of Wing Commander ( Commander in Navy) are time bound. After this promotion are selection based on vacancy and performance. From Group Captain ( C
