This is purely dependent on your interest and also the quality of the college you are studying.
B.Tech + MBA is a good option if you want to go for management jobs whereas if you want to go for pure technical job B.Tech + M.Tech. -
Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in the chosen field and you can make a career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, the scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also.
