The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research/programing areas then MCA would be a better option However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.

Hello, well it depends on personal choice, for me I would have chosen, BCA then MCA as it's the best option for being an IT graduate, MBA in IT is least recognised I guess, while B.Sc. In IT requires much more expertise plus better college reputation.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then MCA/ M.Sc. ( IT) is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA (IT) is better.
