Hi Aisha, You have asked which is best among B.Tech and BSc. But it depends on individual and that doesn't depend on university. BSc is a degree and B Tech is an under graduation. Both are good and you are the one who has to choose your area of interest. LPU is very much famous for its B Tech in C
