Which is best college for CSE: Vasavi or IIITS?

I would suggest you to go for IIITs because after IITs and NITs, IIITs come.

Please be clear on what aspect you want to judge these colleges. If you are looking to join one of these institutions, I would suggest IIITS over the rest.
Again it depends on what will be you doing after 4 years.
If you have the option of choosing any branch in any of these colleges, go for IIT or else you need to mention what you are interested in and what you will be pursuing after being graduated.I suggest you to go for IIT because IIT is best in my knowledge.
