Depends on the specialisation you want to go for.

If you want to pursue your B.Tech in NIT then go with NIT, Surathkal or if you want to pursue it from top private institute then you can go with VIT, Vellore. If you don't have much financial problems you can go with VIT, Vellore else you can go with NIT, Surathkal.

Hi Akshay, I thing NIT Surathkal is the best for EEE among these three colleges and NIT-K has got higher rank in MHRD ranking this year. You can compare these on the basis of placement, facilities, and environment.

NIT, Surathkal is a good option among all the above mentioned colleges in term of placement, opportunity, faculty, infrastructure, etc.
