There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. To be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. One of my friends was enrolled in B.Tech Automobile as well. Few major points I will be sharing about LPU, I hope that helps. LPU is good for automobile engineering. Good placements in the core company as well as a software company. Other than participating in different events like a go-kart, project expo, entertainment events like one India, one world, etc. Practical-based learning and valuable guest lectures also. LPU provides a lot of opportunities to each and every one of the eligible students for good placement. LPU rated as 11th Best in India from Zee News Survey in Placements. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one. Automotive Engineering is an amalgamation of mechanical, electrical, and materials Science. This field deals with designing and manufacturing of new vehicles and the development of new processes to improve existing technology. The domestic vehicle manufacturing sector of India has been steadily increasing in the last few years. An entry-level engineer can earn up to INR 25K/ month- INR 50K/ month in India. Some of the companies/institutes that recruit Automotive Engineering graduates are: 1. Bajaj Auto Ltd. 2. Eicher Motors Ltd. 3. Mahindra &amp; Mahindra Ltd. 4. Hinduja Group Ltd.
