That depends on your aptitude and requirements. Off course the degree is always better than a short term course or a Diploma as the deep knowledge and skills attained over the longer period enable the professional to become more efficient and have a good career longevity. Diploma has its own benefit

Hello!
I would suggest you to go for graduation degree rather than Diploma. I would suggest you to go with proper graduation option which offers more wider options. I have heard of BBA (Airlines and Airport management)
and B.Sc. (Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality). My sister is pursuing this course
