I personally believe that every branch has a scope if you have a strong orientation and you don't leave any stone unturned to learn it. Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest and the broadest types of engineering which is concerned with the design, manufacturing and maintenance of mechanical systems. You will study statics and dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, stress analysis, mechanical design and technical drawing whereas Computer Science Engineering (CSE) encompasses a variety of topics that relates to computation, like analysis of algorithms, programming languages, programme design, software, and computer hardware. Dear Sakshi, Well, as per my knowledge all the Universities are doing good at their end but If you will ask for CSE branch then without any second thought I will suggest you to choose Lovely Professional University. Hello,
I would definitely give my vote to LPU because the way LPU is providing education, exposure, placements is commendable. One of my friends did B.Tech (CSE) from LPU and she is working in an MNC now. I had a conversation with her regarding her 4-year journey in LPU and I am going to share her experience with you.
    1) The staff is highly qualified many from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. And most of them are Ph.D.
    2) The curriculum is built keeping in mind the current technology trends. LPU offers different specializations namely IOT, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, and

Hi Sakshi, The choice lies with you only. Both are equally good, rather now a days private universities are putting more efforts than some of the NIT's or even young IIT's. For NIT one has to crank JEE Mains where as for LPU one can crack LPU NEST. I am not saying that LPU NEST is easier than JEE Mains or difficult. Here I just want to tell you about the value addition, Where it might be possible that LPU is putting more efforts to make Industry ready product. First of all the difference is in the specializations. LPU offers large number of industry specific specializations, highly coveted Computer Science Engineering along with the fu

What actually crafts the image of an university or a college are the following three things which elaborates the quality of education and training of that institution.
    1. University / Institution Ranking
    2. Placement opportunity
    3. Curriculum and exposure. When it comes to assess LPU, it creates its own Mark of Excellence in the world of Academia.
