LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies.

I suggest you to go with LPU but it is due to fee structure of the college. If you don't have any financial issue you can go with NIT. For your comfort I am attaching a link by which you can do a comparative study of both the institutions. https://www.shiksha.com/resources/college-comparison-202130-232612.

The field of cyber security piqued my curiosity. Looking for a course on the subject, I began searching for one. The National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT), Amity Online, and SimpliLearn were some of the websites I came across throughout my study. In my investigation, I discovered NIIT to be a top-tier institution that fulfilled my requirements. I'm so glad that's over! In order to avoid wasting any of my valuable resources, including time and money, I have rejected the course providers from the competition. My decision to transfer to NIIT was influenced by the school's wide range of academic options. Extracurricular study

Being an alumni of LPU I would say LPU is much better then other colleges. LPU is, in my opinion, the top engineering college in India. With highly trained teaching staff, top laboratories, and cutting-edge technology, LPU becomes the greatest destination to obtain an engineering degree. LPU provides students with numerous possibilities to think outside the box. The majority of their students are placed in reputable companies, with only a few opting for further education. LPU is ranked as one of the best engineering college in India, thou it's a private university but it is among the best Colleges for Computer Science in Punjab, India.

All three universities you have mentioned are good. I would like to say that LPU is synonymous with B Tech CSE. B Tech CSE is one of the fortes of LPU. Being a faculty of LPU I would like to share some details of the B Tech CSE department of LPU :

The maximum package availed by the student for CSE is 42 LPA. The maximum salary offered was 40 LPA and the average salary was 5.7lpa. Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Seat allotment during the LPU NEST counselling effectively takes place based on your merit (exam) rank, as well as the preferences you fill to course/specialisations while you log in to the portal for admissions after your results are out. After you log in to the counselling portal after the results go out, you need to honestly fill your choices of course/specialization. LPU will then look for which rank you are in the merit list, check availabilities, and allocate seats accordingly based on your previously chosen course/specialization seats and rank. The seat allotment process of counseling purely works on merit, so the students who s
