    Dear Shivam, Both LPU Jalandhar and Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management Kolkata are very good institutes. My cousin did M.Sc.     Being alumni let me share some facts & figures of LPU for your reference. In LPU for the Hotel Management course there is a maximum chance of getting International placement. Last Year placement record in LPU for Hotel Management course (In-spite of Pandemic Situation) :

Hi there,  

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
