I am not quite aware of the Hotel Management programme at Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata, but I must mention that LPU School of Hotel Management and Tourism is among India's best Hotel Management and Tourism colleges that groom students through industry-endorsed curriculum and intensive service-oriented practicals with industry exposure in excellent infrastructure. In Hotel Management from LPU and now doing his job as an assistant manager in a reputed hotel in Delhi. Let me share few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU : Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. University-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gazettes. We have few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage.
