The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. LPU is a proud recipient of the Golden Star Award 2018 for being a University with Best Placements in India. Digital Learning has recognised LPU as having the highest Placement Record in North India. Business and Management Chronicle has ranked LPU among Top 10 Colleges in terms of placements. Aspiring Minds have ranked LPU as having Most Employable Students in consecutively twice in a row for previous academic sessions. Almost all the good companies visit LPU like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Trident Group, KHIMJI RAMDAS, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, Nestle, ADOBE SYSTEMS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, VLCC Health Care, HDFC, CRESCENDO GROUP, Rallis India and several other firms. Placements at LPU is always applauded. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. Big companies like Google, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Amazon, Adobe, etc. Come for recruitment purpose. Most of the CSE students are placed in good companies with high package. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students have been offered package as high as 1 Crore pa. Lovely Professional University, has become the landing place of many leading industries for recruitment. LPU has many top rankings in placements. The students of LPU have been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. LPU has been awarded National Employ- ability 2020 for the Best Placements. MNCs recruit its students for the top notch positions which are the envy of many. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placements. I don't know much about Doon Business School but as an alumni I can tell you the reality. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements of our students. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU; and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs) and generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session.

It depends on course to course. Doon Business School is better for management courses, but in LPU management course students gets a low package ranging from INR. 2LPA- INR. 5LPA. There are few companies who give a good package around INR. 10 LPA. So, if you are opting for management courses go for Doon Business School.
