LPU is at another level when we talk about placements, such is the difference that B.A. Students of LPU are placed better then most MBA students of other B-Schools. When BBA students of LPU get placed at packages of 18 LPA and 15 LPA ! What to talk about MBA students. How is LPU able to pull it off? I did MBA from LPU, My experience at LPU has been phenomenal. I got placed in multiple companies but right now working with Redington. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. There are plenty of career opportunities after MBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings, in effect the whole corporate sector offer bright opportunities to management graduates. The careers in management offers one of the best remuneration packages and perks everywhere. Many students are placed in reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad too. More than 150 companies including ITC, Asian Paints, HDFC, Federal Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Moodys Analytics, WNS Global etc. And so on recruiting MBA students on an yearly basis with the highest package in MBA at 21 Lacs Per Annum and on a average package will be 4LPA TO 6 LPA with nearly 90 % placement rates. Several big brands such as Microsoft Google, Trident, Colgate Palmolive, and many more have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job training, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. One feedback that I received from my friends is that LPU is very strict in terms of classes, assignments and there is no compromise on discipline which I am not pretty sure about the other institute.
