Both organisations which you have mentioned offer a large number of programs but I would suggest you to check the following before finalizing the institute. 1. Rankings 2. Faculty 3. Pedagogy used 4. International exposure 5. Tech-savvy last but not the least Placements LPU being in education since last 18 years has fetched many rankings to its credit as compared to any other institute. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognozant, SAP, Microsoft etc. To provide updated curriculum. LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. If you consider placements, LPU outperforms in that as well by assisting the student to get the highest package by making the student prepare for the placements. I tell you a girl named Tanya got placed in Microsoft at 42LPA and many more students got hefty packages which I doubt students have cracked at the other mentioned institute. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors and management. Hi Nomanjee, Being an education consultant I usually do analysis that which institution is better for which course. Although I have observed very less about BITS mesra but still I know enough of BITS, mesra. My conclusion is that LPU is step ahead. Both are private institutions and both are putting a lot of efforts but LPU Is really a step ahead, what if it is: 1. Curriculum, 2. Highly Qualified faculty members, 3. Industrial tie-ups, 4. Technology and Exposure, 5. Diversity, 6. Support to Entrepreneurs, 7. Good Placements. Compare yourself and take wise decision. All the best.

As far as these colleges are concern, I would prefer Lovely Professional University. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognised and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. I have no idea about BITS and Mesra but being an lpuian I would put some light on some aspects of LPU that make it the best. Well, to me, LPU is one of the best things that has happened to me, be it from educational point of view or if I take the personality development into consideration. LPU is one of the leading private universities known so far, with best placement records. The quality of education is good so far. If you are an average student and worried about the standard of education in the university then you can cross that off from your list, as the education here is delivered properly, interactively and conveniently. LPU is the largest university of India with the belief of more than 25,000 students. It is situated in Punjab, India. It offers more than 200+ professional programs. In the recent NIRF rankings LPU has been ranked among top Universities in India. LPU alumni are now working in top companies of the world at leadership positions.
