which is best Master degree course for BCA Student in India?

I'm doing BCA (2nd year) in Gandhinager.I'm confused for which one is best master degree for the BCA? MCA or Msc.IT?

    Masters Degree in Information Management
    Masters in Business Administration
    Master of Science in Information Technology
