Which is best MBA specialization for a graphics operator with experience of 4 years in MNC?

Sir, I am graphics operator for last 4 years in an MNC company, I am doing Global MBA but I am confused as to choice my specilization bettween Oprations ,HR and Media and Advertising. Pls. suggest me
