Which is best out of PGDM and MBA?

PGDM follows Industry oriented Curriculum designed by college itself which will be changed every year as per Industry requirements whereas MBA curriculum is designed by University(With AICTE Approval) which will be changed once in every 3-5years. So preference in Industry is given to PGDM students. But to achieve that you should complete your PGDM from top level institutes such as IIM,XLRI etc. otherwise MBA is good.
